What Curiah City Means to Me

This project has always been very personal for me. It's been a way for me to illustrate my characters in a format that makes sense to me, even if that format has always been somewhat fluid. Curiah City (often abbreviated as CC) has been around for over a decade now, and it's changed a lot over the years. It continues to change and evolve as more characters and material are added to the universe, and I'm okay with that.

CC is not permanent. As much as I would love for it to be, sometimes. This universe and the characters within are never 100% set in stone. That's mostly due to myself, and my ever-changing life. I'd be lying if I said I expected Curiah City to remain solid and consistent until the day I die.

But for me, that's part of the beauty of it. No matter what happens to me, or where I go, what I do, who I become- I can always take CC with me. I can alter it to suit my needs. I can add and remove what I please. This world exists for me, and only for me.

In the past, I've promised consistency. I've promised comics, story lines, characters, things that I truly WANTED to deliver on. But as my life changes, I'm unable to keep up with all these promises. So what I'm promising now, is that CC will always exist, but it won't always be the same CC you've grown to love. If you can love the changes as they come, you can love this world as much as I do.

Thank you for reading, and an extra special thank you for enjoying this world and for appreciating all the love that's gone into its creation!
